The Associate Compliance Professional (ACP) and the Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) programs are recognized within the industry as a hallmark of professionalism, technical knowledge, and regulatory expertise.
Both the ACP and CCP designations and the CE program recognize individuals who show a dedication to ongoing education in their respective concentrations.
You may select to follow either a health, life/annuity, or property/casualty concentration. All three concentrations include coursework you have completed in insurance and regulatory compliance, contract analysis/development, insurance perspectives, ethics, insurance operations, and other areas within the insurance industry.
Program requirements include courses offered by the industry's known educational institutions such as: Life Office Management Association (LOMA), America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP); The Institutes (formerly Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (AICPCU); Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society (IRES);The American College; International Claim Association (ICA); Society of Financial Examiners (SOFE); National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC); and others.
